Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking — it guarantees an exact time and that the part is ready for you. Small jobs like topping up tyres or checking a light we handle without a booking too.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Just cancel by phone or by replying to the confirmation e-mail. Please let us know at least a day ahead so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What should I bring?
Just the vehicle registration and the keys. If you already know the symptoms of a fault, describe them when booking — it saves time on diagnostics.
